      • In\u00a0December 2011<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0Forensic Foundation of Monza<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the study meetings for young lawyers on the theme of \u201cthe responsibility of the team doctor\u201d.<\/li>\n

      • At a workshop at the\u00a0Basel Insurance Company (Lugano)<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0October 2018<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci gave a report \u2013 during the workshop organised by Avus Italia Srl \u2013 on the doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines on applicable law, jurisdiction, and protection of the third party transported and examines practical cases in light of recent rulings of the European Court of Justice.<\/li>\n
      • A workshop was held at the Pintucci Law Firm in November 2018,<\/strong>\u00a0organised by Avus Italia Srl for the Euro Insurance Company (Romania)\u00a0\u2013<\/strong>regarding\u00a0<\/strong>the examination of court cases analysing defensive techniques regarding the liquidation of property damages and particularly serious injury.<\/li>\n
      • At a workshop at the\u00a0USAA in Hannover<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0April 2019<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci reported on the applicable law on non-contractual liability in Europe.<\/li>\n
      • In\u00a0May 2019<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci held a refresher course in\u00a0insurance law<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as a teacher at the School of Insurance Training at the\u00a0European University of Rome<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • In\u00a0November 2019<\/strong>, a workshop at\u00a0Avus Italia srl<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 in the presence of representatives of the\u00a0Basel Insurance Company \u2013 Lawyer Pintucci gave a\u00a0<\/strong>two-hour speech at the in-depth seminar on the subject:\u00a0\u201cdamage from loss of parental relationship\/jurisprudential and legislative news.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n
      • In\u00a0April 2021<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci held a refresher course in\u00a0insurance law<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as a lecturer at the School of Insurance Training at the\u00a0European University of Rome\u00a0<\/strong>with a series of lectures on the theme \u201cApplicable law and compensation of the injured resident abroad\u201d for six hours.<\/li>\n
      • At a workshop at the\u00a0Basel Insurance Company (Lugano)<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0May 2022<\/strong>, Lawyer Pintucci gave a report \u2013 during the workshop organized by Avus Italia Srl \u2013 on the\u00a0techniques of settlement of damage from macro-injury and jurisprudential and legislative innovations.<\/em><\/li>\n
      • An online workshop for the\u00a0Basel Insurance Company (Lugano)<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0December 2022<\/strong>, during which Lawyer Pintucci reported on the jurisprudential and legislative changes.<\/li>\n

        • I collaborated with the editorial staff of the Eurofinanza magazine (Editore NewCo srl) where publications on civil matters are reported.<\/li>\n
        • Since 2006, I have been editing the \u201cmedicine and law\u201d column published in La Rivista del Medico (Publisher Elsevier Masson srl) and Il newspaper del Medico (Publisher Elsevier Masson srl) and, furthermore, in 2008 I published with Mediserve an IT handbook relating to also to the professional responsibility of the general practitioner.<\/li>\n
        • In 2011 I created a volume on \u201cForensic Medicine for the Pediatrician\u201d, published by C.S.H., with a pediatrician and scientific communicator. srl, a tool for updating and reflecting on the dynamics relating to the professional responsibility of the family pediatrician in the exercise of his functions with respect to current regulations and the sentences of the Magistrates.<\/li>\n
        • In September 2011 I was co-author of the publication published by Giuffr\u00e8 \u201cofficina del lavoro\u201d on the subject of civil liability arising from road accidents involving foreign vehicles.<\/li>\n
        • In February 2016 I participated as a guest in the Telegold television program \u201cMedicina 33\u201d on the subject of malpractice.<\/li>\n
        • February 2016-2022 Appointed Auxiliary Judge at the Court of Appeal.<\/li>\n
