At the Forensic Foundation of Monza, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the study meetings for young lawyers on the subject of “Medical malpractice, causal link in civil and criminal proceedings” in May 2011.
In June 2011 at the Hotel Cosmo in Vimercate (MB), Lawyer Pintucci held a course on “Health and safety at work, new Consolidated Law Legislative Decree no. 81/ 08”.
In December 2011 at the Forensic Foundation of Monza, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the study meetings for young lawyers on the theme of “the responsibility of the team doctor”.
In September 2012 in a workshop at Avus Italia Srl Lawyer Pintucci participated as a speaker with a speech lasting six hours at the International Conference held in Rome and organised by the aforementioned company on the subject: “The liquidation of damage in Italy from a road accident caused by a foreign vehicle, Rome II Regulation, examines practical cases”.
In December 2012 at the Forensic Foundation of Monza, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the study meetings for young lawyers on the subject of “Liquidation of road accident damage caused in Italy by a foreign vehicle. Procedural issues, applicable law.
In March 2014 in a workshop at Avus Italia Srl, Lawyer Pintucci participated as a speaker with a two-hour speech at the in-depth seminar on the subject: “Applicable law to non-contractual offences suffered by foreigners in Italian territory, liquidation techniques, recourse actions, examining practical cases”.
In December 2014, at the Forensic Foundation of Monza, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the study meetings for young lawyers on the “preliminary phase in civil matters”.
In April 2015 at the BEST WESTERN Hotel Cavalieri in Cardano al Campo (VA), Lawyer Pintucci held a training course – during the workshop organised by ARAG Italia – “on mediation and assisted negotiation.”
In June 2015, in a workshop at Avus Italia Srl, Lawyer Pintucci participated as a speaker with a speech lasting two hours at the seminar on the subject: “Case law updates on the settlement of damage to foreigners from tort, proceduralism of the lawsuit, criteria for the settlement of pecuniary damage”.
In June 2015, in a workshop at Hertz Italiana SpA, Lawyer Pintucci held a report on the doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines on the liquidation of property damage and not in favour of foreign subjects.

In June 2018 at the Civil Chamber of Milan, Lawyer Pintucci gave a lecture as part of the training for lawyers on the subject of “Procedural and liquidation of a claim in the event of an accident in Italy caused by a vehicle registered abroad”.
At a workshop at the Linea Directa insurance company (Madrid) in September 2018 where Lawyer Pintucci gave a report – during the workshop organised by Avus Italia Srl – on the doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines on the liquidation of property damage and not in favour of foreign subjects and updates on the insurance code. At a workshop at the Basel Insurance Company (Lugano) in October 2018, Lawyer Pintucci gave a report – during the workshop organised by Avus Italia Srl – on the doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines on applicable law, jurisdiction, and protection of the third party transported and examines practical cases in light of recent rulings of the European Court of Justice.
A workshop was held at the Pintucci Law Firm in November 2018, organised by Avus Italia Srl for the Euro Insurance Company (Romania) –regarding the examination of court cases analysing defensive techniques regarding the liquidation of property damages and particularly serious injury.
At a workshop at the USAA in Hannover in April 2019, Lawyer Pintucci reported on the applicable law on non-contractual liability in Europe.
In May 2019, Lawyer Pintucci held a refresher course in insurance law as a teacher at the School of Insurance Training at the European University of Rome.
In November 2019, a workshop at Avus Italia srl – in the presence of representatives of the Basel Insurance Company – Lawyer Pintucci gave a two-hour speech at the in-depth seminar on the subject: “damage from loss of parental relationship/jurisprudential and legislative news.”
In April 2021, Lawyer Pintucci held a refresher course in insurance law as a lecturer at the School of Insurance Training at the European University of Rome with a series of lectures on the theme “Applicable law and compensation of the injured resident abroad” for six hours.
At a workshop at the Basel Insurance Company (Lugano) in May 2022, Lawyer Pintucci gave a report – during the workshop organized by Avus Italia Srl – on the techniques of settlement of damage from macro-injury and jurisprudential and legislative innovations.

Collaborations

I collaborated with the editorial staff of the Eurofinanza magazine (Editore NewCo srl) where publications on civil matters are reported.
Since 2006, I have been editing the “medicine and law” column published in La Rivista del Medico (Publisher Elsevier Masson srl) and Il newspaper del Medico (Publisher Elsevier Masson srl) and, furthermore, in 2008 I published with Mediserve an IT handbook relating to also to the professional responsibility of the general practitioner.
In 2011 I created a volume on “Forensic Medicine for the Pediatrician”, published by C.S.H., with a pediatrician and scientific communicator. srl, a tool for updating and reflecting on the dynamics relating to the professional responsibility of the family pediatrician in the exercise of his functions with respect to current regulations and the sentences of the Magistrates.
In September 2011 I was co-author of the publication published by Giuffrè “officina del lavoro” on the subject of civil liability arising from road accidents involving foreign vehicles.
In February 2016 I participated as a guest in the Telegold television program “Medicina 33” on the subject of malpractice.
February 2016-2022 Appointed Auxiliary Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In April 2022, the Law Firm received the award as “Boutique of Excellence of the Year in Insurance Litigation” Le Fonti Awards Winner.
