Awards and Publications

  • Lawyer Francesco Pintucci has collaborated with the editors of the magazine Eurofinanza (Editore NewCo srl) where publications in civil matters are reported.
  • Lawyer Since 2006, Francesco Pintucci has edited the “medicine and law” section published in the Rivista del Medico (Editore Elsevier Masson srl) and Il Giornale del Medico (Editore Elsevier Masson srl) and in 2008 he published with Mediserve a computer handbook relating also to the professional responsibility of the general practitioner.
  • In 2011, with the collaboration of a paediatrician and scientific disseminator, Francesco Pintucci produced a volume on “Forensic Medicine for the Pediatrician”, published by C.S.H. srl, a tool for updating and reflecting on the dynamics related to the professional responsibility of the family paediatrician in the exercise of his functions concerning current regulations and the judgments of the Magistrates.
  • In September 2011, Mr. Francesco Pintucci was co-author of the publication published by Giuffrè “Officina del diritto” on civil liability arising from road accidents involving foreign vehicles.
    In February 2016, the lawyer Francesco Pintucci participated as a guest on the TV program “Medicina 33” on Telegold handling the subject of malpractice.
  • Lawyer Francesco Pintucci was appointed as an Auxiliary Judge at the Court of Appeal of Turin, the second civil section from February 2016-2022.
